Settlement
Payment is required on delivery unless credit terms have been agreed in advance. Where credit terms are agreed payment is strictly within 15 days of date of invoice and interest of 2% above HSBC Base Rate may be charged on overdue accounts. Payment can be by cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Minimum amount for settlement by credit card is £10.00.
Cancellation
The full cost is payable where cancellation is within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery time. If we are able to use ingredients elsewhere we will reduce the charge accordingly.
Baskets, Platters etc.
All platters, baskets, coolbags, flasks, cafetières must be returned clean to Bonne Bouche within 48 hours unless otherwise arranged. Where items are not returned or are returned damaged we reserve the right to charge the full replacement cost. A refundable deposit may be required.
Where we hire china, glass or linen on your behalf any breakages or damage must be paid for.
Availability
Ingredients are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute alternatives if necessary. Where the main ingredient or dish is unavailable we will always try to contact you beforehand to discuss alternatives. We also reserve the right to amend the pricing in the event of extraordinary price rises from our suppliers. We will advise you in advance if this should prove necessary.
Delivery
Delivery within the Hamble - Netley - Bursledon - Swanwick - Locksheath - Warsash area is free of charge, subject to minimum order value of £20.00 and availabilty. Delivery to other areas, or where order value is less than £20.00, can be arranged but a delivery charge may be payable. Please contact us to discuss, cost will depend on location, size of order, time.
